People want to understand whether writing shows patterns associated with generated text. Many tools require them to upload sensitive drafts first. ChatZero takes a different approach: the model comes to your browser, not the other way around.
Privacy first
No account is required. Text is processed locally and is not sent to our servers. That makes the tool more appropriate for unpublished work, student drafts, and client material.
Honest by design
AI detectors make mistakes. We show passage-level highlights, explain our threshold, publish our model source, and repeat that results are estimates rather than proof.
